Sexy Fox Fitness Pole Dance Parties

This is a one and 1/2 hour (90 min.) class where we will explore the different styles of Exotic Dance focusing on the walk, eye contact, and floor show (crash course). Your own unique style will come to life when you mix crawling and striptease as part of this class. Great for a bachelorette party in our professional Night Club setting with ALL the extras.

 

Lap Dance & Strip Tease

Get ready for floor work and chair dancing. This class is more intense than the intro class. If you plan to bring a friend please RSVP in advance. (Due to smaller class size for this workshop it does book up quickly.)

You will have more pole and practice time, which will allow you to become comfortable expressing your true sensual side. If you choose, you can perform on week 4! WooHoo!

For Women Only. Please wear comfortable clothing. High heels are not required but are encouraged.

Session One - Exotic Moves, Hip and Body Flow, PLUS Sexy Walks, Crawl and Turns.

Session Two - Review, Lap Chair Dancing, Pose Dancing, Performance Effectiveness and Styles.

Session Three- Review , Lap/Chair Dancing, Environment Incorporation, and Setting the Mood.

Session Four - Review and more intense pole tricks. FUN FUN FUN
